Supported by Project Management certifications across several frameworks, I specialize in leading teams in the ways which meet the individual needs of each unique team. From conception to delivery, by providing clear, consistent direction and removing obstacles, my teams are able to realize increased productivity, improved quality, and create better experiences for end-users.
As a Product Manager, I approach every situation from a position of curiosity - I want to understand, before trying to be understood. This philosophy results in a management style which is driven by research, supported by data, and creates an environment where every team member is aligned and understands not only what, but also why.
I have always found joy in sharing my knowledge, experience, and understanding with others. Whether it was as a tutor throughout my education, a volleyball coach prior to starting my career, or as a SAFe 6.0 Practice Consultant, Agile Coach and Mentor, I have always enjoyed the challenge of finding ways to make any subject resonate with my learners. I believe that with a shared foundation, every team can rise to a higher level.
Throughout my career, I have seen organizations and teams which are hindered by the processes which were meant to support them. With a certification in Business Process Design for Strategic Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, I see each challenge as a unique opportunity to understand the proceedural and psychological factors preventing teams from finding success. By allieviating and addressing these factors, we are able to employ methods of continuous improvement and allow teams to work more effectively in the long-term.

Managing 3Cs, Fight, and GPI teams to support and deliver on mandates for both multiple concurrent AAA Game Productions, as well as build the next generation of technology which will serve as the foundation for future AAA titles.

Founder of private consulting practice. Primarily consulting on Agile Process Optimization for organizations, and providing Coaching for teams and organizations in Agile frameworks including: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Facilitating officially licensed SAFe certification courses for team members across all levels of the studio. Training courses included: Leading SAFe (SAFe Agilist), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe POPM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and SAFe for Teams (SAFe Practitioner).

Responsible for the development and improvement of a comprehensive Agile Scrum process for multiple cross-fucntional development teams, including coaching, execution, and overall delivery. Optimization efforts allowed the organization to scale the development teams by >500% while maintaining velocity and delivery metrics across all Dev, QA, Data Analytics, and Product teams.
July 2019 - October 2020
Drove global market research and competitor gap analysis to identify market trends and consumer needs for the Telecom Self-Service platform. Leveraged insights and data analysis alongside technical architects to develop a long-term product roadmap with the goal of achieving a sustainable pace of continuous delivery over multiple years.
October 2021 - February 2022
Expanded payment method offering by 300% in multple highly-regulated jurisdictions across 3 US States. Delivered multiple new features and platform projects, resulting in increased market penetration, user adoption, and revenue.
December 2020 - October 2021
Championed the re-imagining and overhaul of the application and adjudication process for Small Business Lending (<$250,000). Process optimization allowed for a reduction in lead time from ~1 week to <24 hours, and streamlined the lending applications and subsequent adjudication by ~70% of the previously required data points, resulting in significant time-savings for front line team members and customers alike.

Launched a co-branded Mastercard product, in partnership with a local post-secondary institution, which resulted in increased customer retention, higher spend, and a 25% greater rate of accumulation of rewards points for cardholders.
